Two acetate lines · 450 employees · 180,000 frames a month, across two buildings. Italian and domestic raw acetate (Eleung, Mazzucchelli, Huayi, Jinyu, Jimei). CNC milling, automated wire-core shooting, multi-layer lamination, hand polishing. All assembly in-house — no subcontract work. Building 1 holds production; Building 4 holds office, R&D, and the design studio.
