Step one: send a brief, not a purchase order
A sketch, a Pantone reference, a frame you like or a full tech pack: any of these is enough to start. You get an acknowledgement within 24 hours, directly from a partner-side lead.

A 30-minute discovery call
Brand, frame, timeline. The goal is to understand what you are building and what it must cost, before anything is engineered.
- 03
A sample plan in 3 days
Within three days you receive a concrete plan: lead times, costs and the materials to be sourced. This is where OEM becomes real numbers instead of promises.
- 04
First samples in 20 to 45 days
Physical frames in your hands. You review design, fit and colours, and we iterate until they are right. CAD updates typically turn around in three to four working days.
- 05
Tooling, production and QC
After sample approval, tooling and the first production run follow, around 120 days in total. Every frame is inspected individually against tracer, bench alignment and surface finish before it ships.
